White Mike asks Lionel if he has seen his cousin Charlie, but he didn’t see her. Charlie was it who bring them together, who brings Mike into the Drug Dealer scene. Mike is looking for him; he hasn’t seen him for a long time. He grew up together with him. They look like brothers. But one vacation, he walks away without him and comes back different.
